The a double room is bright and neat. The bathroom looks nice. Its location to the Green Gallery restaurant very close by is marvellous and lovely. Furthermore, it's next to the downtown area on foot as well as Yangon in 2 days.

It offers satisfactory breakfasts at 5.00am. The hotel provides an excellent service.

Its STUNNING, central location was a plus. Our double room was bright with clean bathroom, a double bed plus a hot shower as advertised.

The hotel is centrally located near the Green Gallery restaurant. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had excellent amenities like AC. The service provided was excellent. I had a great time and would definitely want to stay in this area again.

Comfortable and Convenient: The bed & breakfast provided a cozy room with a spacious seating area, making me feel right at home. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot Yangon weather.

Limited Parking Space

Fairly clean hotel, air conditioned rooms, good and absolutely perfect location to the Green Gallery restaurant. The rooms with a fan and very good bedding, as example, knowledgeable and flexible staff from receptionists to breakfast servers to bellboys.

The staff here are absolutely incredible - so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. They made our stay unforgettable! The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The onsite restaurant serves delicious food, especially the curry and vegetables. The location is perfect, close to all the major attractions and with cheap taxi fares. The included breakfast is fantastic, and the free wifi is a bonus. we felt at home here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yangon!

I was offered a delicious breakfast at 5.00am. The room was comfy and absolutely perfect and also had a tub. The hotel was situated in the central location in that area. I had a great experience and would want to stay there again.

Friendly staff, fluent in English, located downtown, within walking distance of Sule Pagoda. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Spacious, clean dorm with convenient amenities. Delicious and generous breakfast portions. A great place to stay!

The staff was excellent and efficient and made us feel comfortable. The room was freshly cleaned with breakfast and the overall experience was really really nice! The breakfasts were fresh with the room's rate also special and western options and good coffee and excellent service.

The single room with a private bathroom was excellent value for the price. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. It had all the necessary amenities, including an air conditioner, fan, and a well-equipped bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. The hotel's generator was a lifesaver during power outages. The WiFi was reliable, and despite being on a busy street, my room was surprisingly quiet. The dining room was lovely, with large tables and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast selection was delicious, especially the American breakfast. I felt right at home during my stay.
